Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel, so please refrain from smoking. We have an outdoor smoking area.

The area is a residential area. Please refrain from shouting or using loud machines or music.
Please note that if any hotel equipment is damaged or soiled during your stay, you will be charged separately.
The facility assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any damage or secondary damage caused by theft, accidents, fire, trouble between users, etc. that occurs within the facility.
Regarding cancellation fees, if you cancel the day before, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee, and if you cancel on the day, we will charge a 100% cancellation fee.
We do not allow gangsters or other anti-social forces to use our facility.
Any guests who do not follow the instructions and warnings given by staff when using this facility will be reported to the police.
